Almost all the video game rental services require you have a credit or debit card to join their service.

Most Plans are based on the number of rentals out during a given time a month (1,2,3, and 4 video game rentals out at one time are the most common plans).
3.) What happens if my game is lost in the mail?
This may happen from time to time, in most cases simply notify the video game rental customer service and explain if you haven’t received the game or if you’ve sent the game back and they haven’t received the game.
4.) What happens if I lose or damage a game?
Lost or damage games not a result of the postal service are generally the responsibility of the customer, so you will have to pay to replace the game. If you find the game at a later date you may be able to contact them and you may receive credit back but the game has to be returned before any such credit is issued.
5.) What type of games are offered?
The major services offer games for most of the following systems – PS3, PS2, PSP, XBOX 360, XBOX, Wii, Gamecube, Nintendo DS, Gameboy Advance
6.) How long does it take to receive my game(s)?
It may take anywhere from 2 – 7+ days to receive your games.
7.)How long can I keep the game?
Generally, there are no due dates or late fees, keep the game for as long as you want (as long as your account is active)!
8.) How soon after a game comes out can I request it?
New games tend to be listed very quickly. However, many services can sometimes have a waiting list for the most popular new games.
9.)How do I cancel my account?
It is easy to cancel your account, you can usually log in and cancel your membership on the site.
10.) Are gift subscriptions available?
Some services offer gift certificates for the number of rentals/months you wish, however the receiver must have a credit card to set up an account and request a game.
